Chapter
(every six years) is a time the Sisters spend in reflection and discussion
on issues relating to our lives and ministries.
During our 2003 Chapter a number of decisions were made which gives direction
to our current ministries.

Ministry
with the Marginalised
Ministry belongs to everyone in the Congregation: those in active ministry
rely on and appreciate the prayerful support of all Sisters.
-
We are challenged
to make available our diversity of gifts and skills as we continue
the practical application of justice in working
with the marginalised.
-
We are committed
to making resources available to ministries with the marginalised
through Congregational projects
and also support groups
outside the Congregation who work with and on behalf of those who
are poor.
Advocacy
We have, in a part-time
capacity, a Congregational Justice Coordinator.
The Sisters are encouraged to be informed on issues of justice and continue
to take action on justice issues both Congregationally and personally.
Rural Ministry
The Congregation
continues its support for and endorsement of Presentation Sisters’ Rural
Outreach Services and extend it by supporting another Sister to work
in this Service.
In 1992 Sr Clare
Gaynor began working in our Rural Ministry in the Berrigan/Lockhart
areas of the south-western Riverina.
Sr Bernadette Pattison
commmenced Presentation Sisters’ Rural
Outreach Services in the north-western areas of the Riverina in 2000.

In 2003 Sr Ann McRae
became involved in the Presentation Sisters’ Rural Outreach Services
in the area south-east of Wagga Wagga.
Ecology
As a Congregation
we continue the movement towards a deepening awareness and lived
expression of Ecological spirituality and justice.

Aboriginal Reconciliation
As a Congregation
we take proactive steps towards Reconciliation. The Sisters continue
to revitalise their commitment to reconciliation and
be mindful of justice to Indigenous people in our ministries and everyday
lives.
Ageing
We continue
to provide appropriate ways of living in our ageing Congregation.
Associates
We affirm our relationship with the Associates. The heart of this relationship
is the charism of Nano Nagle.
